The staff wasn’t amicable they’re just to work it seems like not friendly at all or welcoming!! The room was comfortable except no toiletries like the website pictures show. Also in the website it says service animals are welcomed but front desk staff said NO service animals at all!

Clean, very loud traffic, water damage to ceiling. Shower water is max warm, Friendly staff. Felt safe, Close to grocery store and other convenience stores, some homeless people hanging around neighborhood (not on hotel premises), security on site, nights only there 10pm - 11pm busy during day. No micro wave in room but could use in lobby where there used to be a breakfast area, never used pool but look nice walking by gated parking lot. Parking lot was full of large commercial trucks coming and going all hours, Close to hi-way.

Filfthy and infested with cockroaches. Never got our room cleaned for the week we stayed there’s. Charged us $150 for services we never received. Room and property smelled of human piss, street covered with homeless people and hookers. Room electrical outlet caught fire when my 4 years old was sleeping, they refused to switch our room said we would have to pay an additional security deposit after we already paid one. We’re limited to 4 towels for the week. Requested maid service and they never showed but reported they cleaned the room. Bugs crawling on the beds and walls. Cracked shower caused leaking in the bathroom. Air conditioning smelled moldy.
