There was constant banging from check in to check out. The fire alarm went off randomly at 5am when we were in deep sleep. The fire department came to our room maybe 20+ minutes later because our room was the cause of the fire alarm for the whole floor. A staff member then came to our room maybe 30+ minutes after the fire department came to check the alarm because the fire department had told them they need to replace and update their alarms. This woke us up again after trying to sleep. I honestly had very little sleep and had a long drive the same day. One lady told us we’d get a $50 refund. And at check out another worker told us we would get 50% percent back and 20,000 bonvoy points for our troubles. I personally believe the second choice is a far better compensation for our stay. If the bonvoy points aren’t possible I feel as if’s 50% percent return should bear minimum. Personally I believe a 100% compensation seems far more appropriate than a 50$ refund.

The place was clean and ready for check in. I was also able to check in earlier with a last minute request as my young one was not feeling too well and the staff kindly arranged for it. The breakfast was good, the variety was not. Also on some days the service was too slow with led to guests forming queues waiting for meat and potatoes to be replenished. The room was good and as advertised. Kitchen Power sockets did not work and I had to use the coffee machine and the toaster on the bed side table sockets. The hotel did not have an electric kettle and gave us a pan for us to boil water in, that was rather disappointing. But overall, the experience was good. Smooth check in and check out, friendly staff, clean rooms.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, friendly staff, good location. Breakfast was ok. We stayed during Thanksgiving so breakfast area was pretty full, so they kept running out of the hot food (eggs, potatoes, etc) Breakfast was until 10am one day, but they stopped refilling the potatoes and other items even before the time was over. They should have brought more because there were so many people and the time was not over. And parking was $25 which makes no sense since it was just a regular parking lot that you park yourself. No gate, nothing special. time was not up yet. And parking. was $25 per
