My family of 6(partner, 17, 11,8,1) ended up staying here last minute due to flight changes. We loved this hotel! it was such a much needed positive experience. The pool was heated and was thoroughly enjoyed by my kiddos. The basketball court and atmosphere including fire tables and BBQs also added to the ambience. Beautiful! Staff was also helpful - even booked us a cab early in AM. The room was beautiful— so spacious! Perfect for our big family!

It was not bad but few things they really need to work on 1. The lady was dishing out pork and potatoes with the same gloves she had contaminated the potatoes.. 2.no waffles or pancakes 3.no lables for the food for the first few days 4. The room was extremely dirty I hated the room the sofas had very big stains so gross So did the mattress covers 5. No fan in the bathroom the sliding door is literally irrelevant because my 2-year-old can slide it open the lock is that bad. 6.there was a random man in the lobby following me I got really scared they kicked him out The staff was friendly but I will never stay again because the rooms are just not worth spending money on !

Carpets are stained , sofa bed is bad shape “ sunken” and could not be used. Room Furniture like some drawers were broken and would not work. Last but not the least room Service is every other day and there is no note in the room to mention that room service is other day. You will know only when no body shows up to clean the room and you ask help desk for the reason.

This is a great place to stay. Highly recommend. It's clean all throughout and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is actually good quality and tastes good. The gym is perfect for travelers. Pool and hot tub area is great. Our room had a kitchen with everything to cook with. The room was clean and smelled good. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

There was constant banging from check in to check out. The fire alarm went off randomly at 5am when we were in deep sleep. The fire department came to our room maybe 20+ minutes later because our room was the cause of the fire alarm for the whole floor. A staff member then came to our room maybe 30+ minutes after the fire department came to check the alarm because the fire department had told them they need to replace and update their alarms. This woke us up again after trying to sleep. I honestly had very little sleep and had a long drive the same day. One lady told us we’d get a $50 refund. And at check out another worker told us we would get 50% percent back and 20,000 bonvoy points for our troubles. I personally believe the second choice is a far better compensation for our stay. If the bonvoy points aren’t possible I feel as if’s 50% percent return should bear minimum. Personally I believe a 100% compensation seems far more appropriate than a 50$ refund.
