The staff are excellent, knowledgeable great tours including Chris who did the ghost tours, fun guy, food good, buffet for breakfast is nice, chowder diner expensive but worth it, they took great care of the family including our new rescue schnauzer, planning on returning in 2026

Really enjoyed my stay at the Queen Mary. They have such a great staff in the entire ship, from the restaurants to all the gift shops. Would love to stay here again and explore more.

This is such a great hotel to say in before or after a cruise. The history is immeasurable. Our room was very clean. Only downfall to our stay is the Halloween festival out in the parking lot. I understand it but wish it wasn’t there during our stay.

Clean, staff was awesome, got in super late and the staff were great. I had asked for adjoining rooms, but they were out by the time we arrived. Also, all of the food places close at 9 pm. Seems a bit early.
