I had a good stay and the Sonesta Los Angeles Torrance Southbay hotel. I’ve been coming to this hotel since 2020 at least 4-5 times a year, and I never had an issue with my room; however, I ran into some bugs/termites maybe that were in the window sill and a few landed on my luggage. We were moved to another room, but I did expect for The manager to come out and speak with us about our inconvenience.

Breakfast was not included you have to pay for your breakfast other than that was great the staff was wonderful very hospitality , I would recommend staying at the sonesta suites on 190th other than the sonesta ES suites on prairie avenue just because the staff is terrible at the sonesta es suites ! The sonesta suites on 190 much more welcoming,great staff great pool fire pit area! Love this place!early ck in was no.problem. This place rocks!and they use fitted sheets!!!

Front desk team very nice. Room clean and comfortable. But Sunday morning, November 2nd, 2025 - time change, woken up by leaf blowers at 7:30AM SUNDAY for 2 hours. Needed and wanted to sleep in at my hotel on a Sunday. Had to turn on A/C to try and hide the noise. Couldn't have my balcony doors open. Not cool!!!

The room was in bad condition! The light in the bathroom did not work, the shower was clogged, so when we shower the water filled up in the tub. The only good thing about the room was the bed. The hotel needs major up date.
