Nice stay

The hotel is centrally located, yet surprisingly quiet. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. While the property could benefit from some updates, it served our needs well—we had a comfortable and restful stay.

Room is not big, but very clean. People staying there seem decent. It is convenient to have onsite parking, even with a fee. Area around the hotel seems a little sketchy, but it is quite understandable since it is close to downtown. On the other hand, because of its central location, it is about 15-20 min to anywhere, which is quite nice.

Super nice staff and incredibly east booking and check in process. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The room is really simple without a dresser. The overall hotel is great! It is in a very dirty grity area of Los Angeles wich makes it so we wouldn't come back even though the hotel is nice.

Lovely urban getaway

Beautifully renovated hotel, spacious lobby, Salvador at reception desk was friendly and very helpful. Gave us a great recommendation for a nearby Thai restaurant (just across street and delicious!). Room was clean, large, and quiet despite being in busy urban area. Had all needed amenities (coffee, coffee pot, microwave, hair dryer, small fridge). Breakfast at Tom &Tom's in lobby was delicious and there are outlets by every table if you want to sit and work in the coffee shop. Only negative is the bed pillows which were decorative but hard to sleep on due to feeling like lumpy foam. Would stay again, but bring my own pillow.
