The hotel was what you'd expect for the price, the rooms were big and spacious and they had a fridge, a microwave and a TV however the blinds were all singular slats connected by one stick down the middle that closed and opened them all and 3 of those sticks were missing meaning a lot of fiddling about to close those singular slats to cut the light out. The room had a bit of a weird smell to it, like a mould smell and the shower didn't really work. The bit you pull out to turn the water from bath to shower was broken. Guy on reception was friendly and helpful, the pool area was nice and the sun hit it perfectly and the location was ok but Hollywood isn't known for being particularly nice, so again it's what you'd expect for the price. Plenty of car parking available

Ok for the money

A bit run down and old but fine for the money. A good location for Griffiths Observatory. Safe parking and helpful staff. Our room was cold and a bit damp and dark. The plastic pillow cases are definitely off putting. Access to hot and cold water good.

No table lamps in my room. Barely warm enough and inconsistent shower water temp. Loud neighbors on all sides hard uncomfortable bed. Led lights all over the room in every corner.

Other than the wifi needs improvement & the air conditioning being a bit loud, everything else works well. Across the street is a 24/7 diner, along with a convenience store & Chase bank. Just a average to really good hotel.
