I stayed at Quality inn for two nights. I was not aware that parking was an additional charge until it was charged to my credit card. Mind you, I was staying in the hotel due to maintenance in our apt building. My family along with another tenant stayed at Quality Inn but I was the only one who got charge for parking. The only difference was that I used a credit card to pay for the room and the others paid with a debit card. I looked at the website to see where it said parking was an additional charge and didn’t see it. Before being charge I think front desk should have mentioned it to me. Paying parking was not the problem, being the only one who got charged for parking is the problem. $100 security deposit was also charged to my credit card and I ask the other tenant if they had also deducted the charge and they said no. So if you pay services with a debit card you don’t get extra charges vs someone paying with a credit card. That’s insane!

Rooms are big and comfortable I would suggest to get furniture(couch) that is not a soft fabric more of a material that could be wiped off and disinfected after each stay. Breakfast was a good selection.

I recently stayed at Quality Inn & Suites Los Angeles and was impressed from start to finish. The concierge greeted me with warmth and efficiency, guiding me through a quick, smooth check-in and offering helpful local tips. Later, the hotel manager personally welcomed me, checking in to make sure my needs would be met and that I felt well cared for during my stay. The room service team was outstanding—polite, prompt, and thoughtful with every interaction. My room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom clean with solid water pressure. Housekeeping kept everything fresh without interrupting my day, and the common areas were well maintained. Breakfast offered a solid selection to start the day, and the wifi was reliable for work. Overall, the staff—from the concierge to the manager to room service—made me feel valued and well looked after. I’d gladly return and would highly recommend this property to travelers visiting Los Angeles.
