Friendly and accomodating staff. It was our first time in LA and they helped us with the metro to the stadium. We were also able to check in a bit earlier which was nice! Breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend it. The only issue we had was while we were leaving, I found someone elses underwear under a chair, haha. Not the end of the world, we tossed it in the garbage. Would stay again!

The Pool and hot tub were dirty. They put me on the 3rd floor with NO handicap access. I am in a wheel chair and use oxygen. I could not get up or down stairs without someone's assistance. I booked 3 nights and it was miserable

I’ll start with breakfast.The sausage was good, but the eggs were pre-frozen. The Jacuzzi tub did not work. The carpet in the rooms was filthy. It needs to be replaced. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The towels were new.This place had potential but seemed very, very old and dilapidated. The staff was wonderful.
