My room unfortunately smelled like cigarettes all 3 days during my stay. I asked the staff to clean the room / spray it but it never smelled like it went away. I appreciate the early check in and 11:30am check out but I wish the room smelled better. I haven’t received my deposit back yet when should I expect it?

Check-in was a breeze. Hotel is outdated. First thing I noticed in the room was the smell like it hadn’t had fresh air in months. But bed was comfy. Room was spacious. Bathroom had no ventilation fan. Overall average for the price.
