It was a pretty good stay, the staff were all super sweet and very accommodated When we went to our room it was clean i didnt see anything that was a deal breaker. The only thing that was what i would consider unclean would be the bathtub there was a stain but i dont see that as a big deal at all and was small, the water for the shower was warm and the pressure was nice not too overwhelming by any means. They had shampoo and conditioner addattached to the wall however they gave us a bar soap for body wash so come prepared if you dont like the bar soap or what not.The parking was nice there was space for us even when we came back at midnight from a food run. In the morning the breakfast was from 6:30 to 9:30 it was really nice, you could make your own waffles with the waffle maker had instant oatmeal, different breads including banana bread just something for everybody even if your a picky eater, that was very clean too the cleaning lady was there helping everybody and keeping it stocked up. Over all for the price this is a really good choice especially for a family as theres a pool, free breakfast with choices, and walkable food area for picky kids. They only have little ceasers panda, waba grill and del taco something i forgot but still thats good options.

Staff was not professional and lacked care for good service. Dining area representative was not too concerned about wearing a hairnet when I mentioned I almost ate a hair that seemed to be hers.

Unclean hotel, old and the room were not cleaned during our stay. We needed some new towels and the receptiom always ask us to come pick it up a d we always ask if this is a self serve hotel. Of coirse it is not but we are so frustdated with the entire stay. The money we paid for could have been used in a much better hotel with the same rate. The swimming pool is so dirty that you will feel sorry for those who still swim on it. The keys always don't work after we had back to the hotel everynight. The aircon is not working at all and the maintenance came after we reported and he said it is working fine even if it is not. Seriously felt we have wasted our money and time in this hotel. First time I complaint like this.

There is quite a lot within walking distance. The only problem was parking which was hard to get if you returned late however, they nixed the fee for the one night we didn’t get parking. We had to find a random spot to park at in front of other vehicles in the lot.
