Shuttle from airport was pretty easy to get. Restaurant in the hotel was great--much better for vegetarians than I'd been anticipating. Location was interesting and felt safe. Would definitely choose this hotel again if I were in the LAX area.

Quick check-in, very easy transport from KAX. Spacious clean and comfortable room. Loved the pool and hot tub. The only area that was disappointing was the limited menu restaurant. Would definitely stay again however, just take an uber to one of the restaurants the staff recommended.

Called for shuttle service. Was hung up on when transfered. Called again and a man didnt know how to transfer the call. He tried twice and then hung up. I called again and got the forst person I called. They took down my information when I ask them to confirm my phone number I just told them they got it wrong. Now I have been informed pickuo is 40 to 60 minutes
