Very nice staff, we arrived early in the am from a cruise and asked to store luggage and they said they had a room available and let us have it early. The hotel was clean and organized with a nice pool, hot tub and fire pit area

The room lack of complementary water. Only one tea bag in the room. No body cream in bathroom or other commonly provided toiletries. The room didn’t get cleaned on my stay nor i was asked if was needed. + Expensive parking. Is this a Hyatt hotel?
