The lady on the front desk was very rude. All of them! They don’t have elevator and they don’t mention that on the list. They do not clean the room daily unless you ask.

There were a few incidents that will keep me from returning to this hotel. I waited 6 hours for someone to bring me trash bags. There was hair in the breakfast food and even though I told them that I pulled it out on the serving spoon they did not change it.

staff very friendly, comfortable amenities, good breakfast, good laundry service, room not so much clean, there was black mold on the shower doors and the carpert in the room was very dirty they need to replace it. but other than that the room was very spacious for me, my husband and my 2 babies in their own pack and play.
