The walls are very thin. Can hear everything. Luckily we went for a festival so it was quiet until about 12-5am when ppl were coming back & trying to keep the party going. Power went out for a couple hours & we were not compensated for it at all. Overpriced breakfast bar. All prices went up for The Weeknd of rolling loud to double if not triple original price which was not worth it. It was okay but honestly no sort of compromise or even a free breakfast due to the outage was unacceptable. Employee checking in was very kind & compassionate but to check out the lady was rude & acted as if it was outrageous to question anything.

The room was fair and clean. Nice spacious bathroom. No hair conditioner and towels were basic. Did not like that it requires a $100 cash deposit for a $7 parking fee. How does that make sense?! Could have paid $7 cash for parking! Overall the location was convenient and reasonable, and the room was decent.

For the price it was great, construction and jack hammering should not start until after 9:00 for late arriving guests during renovation.

Great rooms, but everything else not so much. Our neighbors were playing loud music and singing basically all night, we had to talk the property twice before anything even got done. Couldnt sleep in during the morning to make up for it etheir due to extremely loud construction on the roof. Pictures used were lowkey misleading, the area is much sketchier then i was led to believe and that kinda bit. Staff was legitmately super nice and i could tell folks were doing the best they could, but i really do regret staying here.

The staff was great however the pictures showed on Expedia were very misleading the room was in ok condition the beds were comfortable given the price. The area/location was not good the people above us were very noisy sounded like they were moving furniture around in the middle of the night we had the AC on and the smell of weed and cigarettes kept coming in even after shutting the window, I can tell they’re trying to make it a nice comfortable place to stay but maybe the clientele isn’t the best.

This property is very clean and the staff is amazing! I loved the location of the hotel and despite the neighborhood, this was a very clean and nice hotel! The bathtubs could use some remodeling due to pieces of the paint coming off. The noise was not the greatest due to the airplanes which can’t be helped however the constant moving of buggies from housekeeping was quite loud. They also charge for parking which is not great but being so close to BMO, I can see why.Overall, an amazing experience and I would definitely stay again!
