The hotel was not as describe. It was very run down and the staff was unprofessional. There was no coffee in the rooms and issues with the TV.

The room was just okay for a quick stay. Free parking and a central location made it worth it. The WiFi and TV weren't working during my stay but the staff was apologetic about it. You can also hear people coming and going throughout the night so if you're a light sleeper this place might not work.

I needed a room next to the hospital and this worked out well. It's a 'bad' area, but I felt very safe. The check in was behind a window like at a bank, and both people I dealt with were extremely helpful. The room was clean, the 'city view' was the parking lot next door. It didn't matter to me as I spent very little time in the room. It was great to have a Mexican restaurant right next door, great food! Subway and a few more within a block or so. The windows must be well insulated or thick because I didn't hear any of the ambulances that I heard every 5 minutes from outside! I gave 4 stars because the room was very basic and the bedding was in need of an upgrade. If I had to go back to the hospital again, I would stay there again.

Bed and pillows were clean & comfy. Staff was pleasant. Free parking. Property was clean too. The location was convenient for us too. The room had a microwave, mini fridge, towels, toiletries, and a very large room mirror! It served our needs for a good price.

It’s medicore. It’s on par for this type of hotel in this location. I checked in, carried all my stuff up and my room was dirty. Back down to the office, not a single word to me as he left, arrived five minutes later and handed me a card to a new room without a single word. Just annoying. I’m staying down in LA for months for work and won’t return here.
