Nice and clean room, bathroom, comfy bed. Very noisy, could use some thicker noise buffering windows. People who are loud, playing music, etc. at night are too easy to hear from inside rooms. Luckily never went on very long or very late. Very friendly staff.

“Not ideal” doesn’t come close. The hot tub wasn’t on. there were guests that were shouting and talking in the hallway at 3a in the morning multiple days. Dog poop in the elevator. The room still smelled like smoke. They only supplied one roll of toilet paper each time we asked for more (4 people x 5 days). No continental breakfast (unless you pay). This is aside from the constant noise of traffic throughout the night including a police helicopter one night looking for what I presume to be someone related to criminal activity in the area. I don’t expect anything of consequence will come of my input. Suffice it to say that we have had our fill of “best western” and will decidedly look elsewhere to stay when we travel.
