Some of the rooms are run-down, chairs, refrigerator door is crooked or broken. Cigarette burns on the blanket. They charge too much for these rooms and passing the cost unto non smoker's

This sucks

My brother and I drove over 600 mi to see my father in the hospital he fell and he's dying The hotel was not only filthy doors wouldn't close toilet wooden flash carpet was dirty TV only had two channels no Wi-Fi I think they were bed bugs It was purely miserable and it was paid for 2 days in advance I will never go there again I wouldn't encourage anybody to

Due to fires, power was out at the property and Sachem could not check-in and was turned away. Note she wanted the hotel as she was evacuating for the fires. Don't know why Hotels.com allowed me to successfully book and charged me when the property was unavailable in reality. Need a full refund post haste.
