The property met my expectations. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was acceptable with a good variety of options. This hotel is best suited for travelers looking for a convenient option near the airport or the underground; however, it is far from most attractions and located in an industrial area. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again. Thank you.

Room was nice a bit noisy due to cabin crew making a noise coming out of lifts.Bed was very comfortable and room was clean the carpet could do with a clean.The check in was great friendly staff and the breakfast was very good.The restaurant on the night felt more like a very expensive Wetherspoons rather than a Hilton but this seems to be the way most Heathrow hotels are going and it closed well too early.

It was a rather disappointing experience as the rooms and corridors were not cleaned properly. It is not what is said on the web site. Staff does not help with transportation information nor hotel provides any services. Staff was courteous but they can do what they are told to do.

Poor location for an “airport” hotel. Tedious to get to especially with luggage. It’s about 20 mins from the airport depending on the terminal. The rooms are not well cleaned - our shower was filled with hair, couldn’t even be bother to run the water at least so it appears cleans. The amenities also poor. No water, adapters. Would not recommend. Try your luck with another airport hotel, there’s plenty at Heathrow.
