Hotel is fairly new and near many bus/tram depending on where you want to go. Our triple room was big enough however we were on the 1st floor and somehow at 3:00 it gets noisy. It’s like someone is moving/rolling furniture. If you’re a light sleeper then book a higher floor. Breakfast is more than we expected! We had a great time and would choose this hotel again. Staff is also super helpful and accommodating.

The receptionist by the name of Ann, was extremely helpful and very polite, my flight landed around 6am and, checking was at 3pm , which didn’t make sense for me because I was to go back to the airport around 4pm. She told me she will check me in if there was any vacant room. She checked me in and told me to go eat breakfast before going to my room to rest. I was so worried before I got to the hotel but, she took care of me, I am very grateful to her, thank you Anna.🙏❤️

Completely renovated property with clean, modern rooms. The breakfast was good, and having a bar on-site is definitely a plus, especially with reasonable prices. The location is excellent—within walking distance (about 10 minutes) to Marquês de Pombal, one of the city’s most well-known areas. From there, you can easily access the open-top city bus tour, as well as plenty of places to eat and shop. The only issue I encountered was parking. The hotel’s parking lot is still under construction, and there is no street parking available nearby. We had to park about a 5–8 minute walk away, which costs around €15 per day. That said, the area is very safe, so it wasn’t a major concern. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend this property. Staff at hotel is very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Great location, about a 20 minute walk to the centre of Lisbon. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was great It is quite hilly though if you walk back from the centre.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location is not walkable to the main tourist areas, but try share rides are very reasonable - about 3 - 5 euros depending on time of day/demand. The restaurant in the hotel is very good. There are a few grocery stores within walking distance.

Pros: 550 Restaurant, breakfast buffet, room and lobby decor, friendly pleasant staff, newly renovated bathroom and kitchen area in our suite, easy walk to metro and shopping Cons: noisy & uncomfortable bed. We could hear people in rooms next door, people coming into hotel, and the diners sitting outside the restaurant. Bed was extremely firm and needs a comfy padded topper added it to.
