The staff just seemed a little off this time, no welcome drink or cake offered, which is unusual. Also couldn't use the phone in the room to ring reception - my husband reported issue but nothing was done.

Excellent property. Room clean and comfortable, staff was great and went above and beyond. The only issue (small) was the positions of the electrical outlets, the ones in the bedroom were down near the floor make it necessary to get on your knees to plug in any device and another one was very low down also close to the floor under the night table, again making it necessary to get on your knees to plug in a device

The hotel’s location is perfect and near the main attractions. The staff are friendly and the room was perfect for our needs. It’s a very short walk to Praça da Figueira and Praça do Comercio.
