Pathetic service, toilet is dirty. Wifi was not even working. Talked to receptionist multiple (20 times) times but no response. Condition of room is not upto 4* or other Radisson blu hotel across. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Old well used - lowsy service

Noisy - well used hotel - not a 4* hotel any more - In the morning 2 coffe machines to 200 peapole - no tables - and the cooling / Heating is louder than the plains flying close to the building.

I had a pleasant stay at Radisson Blu Lisbon. The location is great-close to the airport and public transport. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A few areas could use some modernization, but overall, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers. Would definitely consider staying again!

Disappointed

Booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds in each, once we got our rooms they only had 1 bed in each and wouldn’t change our room to what we booked for because it was not “confirmed” when it was. Front desk workers not very nice, they would tell us they changed it and didn’t. Safe in our room did NOT work, air conditioning did NOT work, Fridge barely kept up. Would not recommend dealing with this hotel.
