Overall great stay. Staff is so kind and attentive. Breakfast was average but again the staff made the stay. The property is a bit outdated but i think that’s the vibe of the place. I would recommend this also because of location. I could often walk and didn’t have to pay for an Uber. A lot of unhoused folks around which isn’t uncommon in a city. Would stay again.

My only suggestion for this marvelous home-away-from home is to expand the range of Scotch whiskey at the bar. Johnny Walker Red does not deserve a place on the shelf.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I had an allergic reaction and the staff provided help and directions to the pharmacy which was just down the street. The location was just a short walk to luxury shopping and restaurants. We also loved the Molten Brown. Would stay here again.
