We had a problem with the check-in experience. We ended up renting a room from another hotel for our first night there because we were unable to check in, despite calling ahead of time to make sure that we could check on a little late. The kitchenette in our suite was a little strange. The only sink available was the one in the bathroom and there was no soap made readily available to wash our dishes. The room was not very clean, but the view from the room, was great. In all the room wasn't terrible, I just would have rather had a more pleasant first experience with this hotel. I am usually not one who leaves reviews, but I feel it may be helpful for others this time.
