My husband and I stayed Memorial Day weekend. I enjoyed everything about hotel blue. The cleanliness, the staff, the quietness and the fact that it’s an adult only hotel. They even have a small happy hour from 3 to 7pm in the lobby. There’s a rooftop pool but it wasn’t open yet. I would definitely book another stay.

Great hotel in Lewes

My room was very comfortable and very large. It had a balcony that looks out onto a grassy field. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the town center and lots of eateries & shops & a couple of small museums. The front desk clerk was wonderful and so nice & helpful. I'll definitely be back and stay longer.

This was my husband and my 2nd stay at Hotel Blue. We love the unique decor and layout of our room - each with a bedroom separated from the living/dining area. It doesn’t feel like a “hotel.” It’s conveniently located by the canal/marina and within walking distance of shopping and dining in the Lewes historic district. A little longer walk the opposite way and you’re at the beach. The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful - always ready to answer questions or make recommendations. We definitely look to stay at Hotel Blue each time we visit Lewes!

Lewes Gem

A real gem- a quality space in an ideal spot for experiencing Lewes. Room has kitchenette and separated living area from bed. Appurtenances are of high quality- and desk attendants are courteous and knowledgeable. Much better value than hotels which are a traffic jam away on Coastal Highway. Desk attendant does not work nights so property was unmanaged through the evening otherwise it's a perfect way to do business or pleasure in the area.

We’ve stayed many times and we have always been happy. The only issue this time was a weird sewer smell in our room that wouldn’t go away even with purifier on 24/7. Another small and annoying issue was the lack of WiFi. We had to walk into the lobby numerous times to reconnect after being booted off. Very odd. We shouldn’t need WiFi on vacation though so that’s on me. Ha. It did make me pause and relax a bit without being connected. Was actually nice but could be annoying if you needed to work.
