This was our 2nd stay in 2 years. We book the deluxe wing pool view rooms & they are lovely. The whole resort though needs a lot of work & maintenance. The rooftop pool and surrounds are in great need over an overhaul, it actually felt unsafe. The staff are friendly & the location is our favourite aspect of the resort.

Some staff was very rude. Still waiting to see the manager. I was swimming in the pool upstairs after 8am and was told get out im going to clean. Pool opens at 8am should have cleaned before that especially in the holiday season
