We booked a deluxe family room with a garden view however when we arrived we were advised that the hotel was fully booked and we were put in the old 4 story block that was being renovated with constant construction noise during the daylight hours with adjoining rooms with one room having no window and the other a view of a slum area Would never return to this tired hotel

Really enjoy all about this resort, except the inaccessibility to the real reservations team to sort any issues out, so if no issue’s with your reservation, you’re good, otherwise a total roadblock!

We love staying at Legian Beach Hotel. We were able to stay here on our last trip as they had a special on. It is our favourite place to stay, Legian Beach hotel is always our first choice. The staff are amazing, always friendly and the best part is the buffet breakfast. Thank you for a lovely holiday experience

Hotel is very well located and staff are very friendly. They need to sort out room allocations as we required two rooms with single beds (which we made clear in the booking) and were initially given one with a double bed. They always say that they cannot guarantee a particular room but when you have been going to the hotel since 2010 and book well in advance they should at least be able to guarantee the type of bed request, if not the specific location of the room.

Amazing location

Amazing stay, fantastic location. Great price. My only complaint was the bed was extremely hard and I had a sore back for a few days till they gave me a pillow top.

I loved everything about this place. I celebrated my birthday there and We had a villa with our own private pool, an outside shower, and the photos did not disappoint! Once we stepped into the room it felt like we were the only people on the resort. My boyfriend decorated the room with a happy birthday banner and when we walked in from an excursion, the staff left a cupcake and a card for me which took it over the top. Every detail was considered and I have nothing bad to say except that when we checked out, the front desk accused us of drinking a beer and replacing it with another bottle from outside, which we absolutely did not do. They delayed our check out while we awaited clearance from their team and after nearly 10 minutes of going back and forth with them, they apologized and said that perhaps it was from the previous guests, which it was! Otherwise, location was perfectly nestled in an area with tons of shops, Restaurants, and other things to do. The cleanliness and comfort was unmatched and I am definitely recommending this resort to my friends.

We love LBH stay there often, convenient, great facilities, adult pool, pricing is reasonable for a VIP % star hotel. I did have a couple of bugbears this time. We contacted the hotel for airport transfers and they forgot to book it. Also when booking I selected an option that included breakfast and when we arrived were told it had not been included. Not sure whether this was a hotel error or an expedia error. However as a result of that we found eateries within walking distance that offered buffet breakfasts for 1/3 of the price. So really worked to our advantage to be honest. Also our bronze membership discounts had not been applied. This will not deter us from going again as every other stay has been exemplary. But I will be double checking everything and checking again to ensure no future errors

Great place at a reasonable price

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location in the midst of Legian but very quiet, clean and comfortable. Our room was huge and well appointed, and the bed super comfy. The pool area was small and the water a bit cloudy when we were there. Highly recommended, we would stay again.

The resort and staff were excellent. Nothing was an issue, if we asked for anything they obliged. Even gave us late checkout for free, didn't have to leave till 7pm as our flight was 11.30pm. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many different dishes. Will stay here again.

Beautiful settings and on the edge of the ocean. Easy to access many bars and restaurants. Hotel has great facilities and well tendered gardens. We really enjoyed the adults only pool and the cocktail bar.

This was our fifth time staying at Legian Beach Hotel. The place is amazing and the food is fantastic. We love the place but our last day was a little disappointing. We booked for five nights. Our first four nights were in a Deluxe Beach Bungalow which is one of their upscale rooms. The fifth day was for a regular Deluxe Room since our flight to Manila left at midnight and we would be checking out at 10 pm. We advised the reception of this on our arrival. On the day of the room change we were required to checkout of the Bungalow but were told we needed to wait to access the new room until after normal check in time. We had to check our bags with the bellman Ang go find a place to hang around until we could “check in” again. I think that it was pretty poor service considering our history with the place and the fact we were already guests. In addition it was clear that all the Deluxe Rooms were not fully booked so there were clearly available rooms at the time. Again, we love the place and will revisit but this was a bit off putting and annoying experience in an otherwise perfect visit.
