Pretty bad experience. After checking in, one of their lobby receptionist mentions a $200 gift card for attending a Hilton Grand Vacations presentation no obligation to buy. Following day, at the presentation the most rudest, pushiest woman trying so hard for 2 hours to get me to buy her Hilton Vacation package. So fed up, I left the presentation and told them to keep the $200 gift card. The room on the 17th floor, only a rigid sofa bed extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. On top of that the heat was unbearable with super hot temperatures. A/C wouldn’t work during mid-day, so room temp was always 86 degrees F. Plus the upstairs banging and construction on the unit above. Some pros were location, gym, and price but overall it’s not worth it. I’d much rather spent more and stayed somewhere better.
