Polo Towers is in a convenient location and the property is very clean with nice and welcoming staff. The room we had was VERY small though, much smaller than at other big hotel corporation websites, such as the Marriott next door or the IHG closer to the sphere. We were also unlucky with ridiculously loud neighbors for two of the three nights of our stay until 1-2 a.m.... When we called reception, they came up to tell the neighbors. Then, within 15 minutes, they started being super loud again...

Everything was wonderful with the exception of the elevator. The was at least 1 of 3 always broken witch created long waiting times. Also the resort fee seems to be to expensive and I dont understanding what the fee is for! There should've at least be transportation from and to airport

The property itself was okay - elevator jams were frequent, though we were pre-warned (too many people and too few elevators). Our room was great but had hair in the bathtub. Despite calling the front desk, no one came to clean it. We were offered $200 in gambling credit and told to go to the reception area - it turned out to be a time share sales pitch only. We enjoyed the atmosphere and size/layout of the rooms. Location to the strip was also perfect. Staff was very friendly.
