Check in took forever because they oversold the hotel. When I got a room it was a mess. Pullout couch open, cushions thrown around the room and an industrial fan for drying in the middle of the living area. What a joke.

I didn’t appreciate being told at check in that I had a “treat” waiting for me at concierge only to be upsold for another hotel. What I did appreciate was the daily text asking if I needed anything for my room.

Valet is pricey but helpful. Ive preferred this stay the last 3 years but this recent visit was very underwhelming. We were not rreated with the same service and respect wed come to know. We were were met with a dirty room. A microwave out of service and harassed by the security over a tripped hair dryer very brief outage. They were short staffed and it showed. Although they did check in and do what they could and were accommodating for my booking arrangements, it really wasnt a good stay this time around. Hair in guest blankets. Trash behind dressers, someones garments behind the phone desk. Mind you we waited for early check in 4 hrs. Vanessa. Michelle a. And latrice in customer service were awesome staff and very accommodating. The overall stay wasnt good though. Felt like i wasted my money.
