The elevator was broken most of my stay, And the hotel didn’t accommodate the guests. This was a very big weekend, with many of people coming in and out. Poor ratings towards the guests., everyone was complaining about this issue.

Stay was considered very good. The elevator was under contruction. So that was a bit annoying. Appreciate the tex messages from housekeeping checking on supplies needed. All went well.
