The property was lovely and clean, and the staff was pleasant as well as very helpful. The room was nice, but the choice of bed was poor; the bed was basically a pull-out sofa. This was a major turnoff for me, and I have decided not to return to this property. It would have been nice to have a trash can in the room and not just the bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Polo Towers! They have the very best staff and are extremely attentive to your needs. I received the best service I have ever experienced. They actually text you every day and ask if you need anything. The rooms are very nice and spacious for a whole family. ( If you stay in the 2 bedroom deluxe suite) Every part of my stay was great. The pool and hot tube amazing also. They deserve 10 stars!!

I love the pool on the roof top and that it was open at 7 AM! I also thought it was great that the employees texted me multiple times a day and asked if there was anything that I needed. If I did need something, they brought it almost immediately!
