Properly was clean and the staff was outstanding. The people trying to get you to do the time share tour will try to bully you into a tour, but they were friendly. The property doesn't have a casino. So, it was very quiet at night. You're in walking distance from several casinos and great restaurants. This is the perfect location, like a 100 yards from the stripe. Without all the actoin when its time for bed.

The room itself was room and clean, bit for some reason there were issues connecting with the samsung tvs to mobile. The gym and an elevator happened to be down.

I didn’t get a chance to stay at hotel because I didn’t know that they didn’t take tap to pay & didn’t have my physical card so I could not get my room that I already paid for partially. Had to go to another hotel to stay so I waisted $385 & didn’t even get a chance to stay at the polo hotel

Great location let down by management

We stayed for five nights and the hotel is clean and in a great location. Apart from very noisy drilling work on floor above at 0730 one morning we enjoyed our stay until it was marred by our rental car and another car being damaged by a runaway laundry cart in the car park which is Valet only. Whilst Reyna from LAZ Parking which runs the Valet parking for the hotel was very apologetic and helpful nobody from hotel management reached out to us to check if there was anything we needed help with.The damaged trim came really loose on driving the car and we had to ask at a Khols store if they would kindly give us a strip of packing tape to secure the trim and make it safe from falling off and hitting another vehicle. We had to alter our plans for our last day to return the car to the rental centre earlier than planned as we didn’t know how involved the return process would be because of the damage. Upon checking out I made my views known about this matter and was met with a lack of interest and buck passing saying it’s the responsibility of LAZ Parking. I pointed out it’s the hotel’s car park and they should be concerned about guests cars being damaged on their property. There is no self parking offered at the hotel so it’s valet parking only. The management needs to concentrate more on customer service and less on the time share sales pressure during the overly long checking in procedure.

We got a nice sized suite, and the bathroom had two sinks which was awesome! We got a full kitchen, a bedroom with a king sized bed, a pullout couch in the living room, as well as two TVs, a closet, two dressers, a balcony, and a dining table. There were also ice machines (although not one on every floor) plus the freezer in our room made ice cubes as well. Parking ended up being easy because valet was still available when we checked in. That comes with in & out privileges. The hotel is walkable to the main part of the strip and just across the street from Planet Hollywood, which was very convenient because we were seeing a show there. Bellagio, Cosmopolitan and Paris are also a short walk away. The room was very quiet, and the staff that checked us in were so helpful. One of the staff members went above and beyond in helping us get to an ice machine on our last day, which was much appreciated. The elevators were a bit slow (because 1 of the 3 is currently out of order), but just plan accordingly if you're going to be in a hurry. Bottom line - we would absolutely stay here again!

The space, value and customer service at this hotel was top notch and far exceeded my expectations. Daily check-ins asking if we needed anything, early check in with no additional fees and the quiet very spacious room went over the top. I would stay here again and Hilton set the bar high for others to compete with such an amazing experience!
