Front desk staff are very slow. The bold/short guy working on Sunday 6/29 in the morning was very rude and impatient. 2 pools were under renovation/closed The only one that was worthwhile is the one outside the restaurant. Our two villas were very close to the street very noisy The bathrooms were dirty and had to ask for housekeeping that delayed our stay. We decided to cancel our other reservation. We’ll never stay there again.

We kept finding worm things in our room. The bathrooms were gross. Other peoples pubic hair was in the shower and bathtub. Both toilets were not clean especially around the base. Kinda just grungy and grimy. The staff was kinda rude to my mother when she asked for more towels. The man said”you have a washing machine”.

ANTS!!!!

I travel for a living. Sometimes I stay in really nice places and sometimes I am in the bottom of the barrel motel in a not so great area. This is a last-minute work trip in Vegas and I was surprised to see that an IHG hotel, within a five minute walking distance from the convention center, had availability. The agents working at the front desk were absolutely lovely and professional. Plenty of free parking around the facility. The rooms are like little apartments, as it is a timeshare property. Everything looks updated, new and clean. Full kitchen plus amenities and a separate bedroom. I was quite happy. However, when I got back from work, I noticed that my kitchen counter was COVERED WITH ANTS! The design of the countertop with the colors makes it hard to see, unless all the lights are on, and you look closely. But they were everywhere! I then looked closely and saw them crawling on the floor and they were crawling on my stuff on the coffee table, and I found a few in the bathroom. I called down immediately to the front desk and they sent up maintenance. They didn’t even move me to another room or offer to get my clothes cleaned. So maintenance came up with bug spray and sprayed down my kitchen and a couple other areas. Needless to say, the spray didn’t work. I was hardly able to sleep. I had to shake out and wipe down all of my stuff and move it and hang it in the shower stall. This is a full infestation, and I can’t believe I had to pay full price for this!

It was nice having full kitchen and washer -dryer. We went for a concert at the Sphere. It was a quick walk from there. 5 Pools but none of them are adults only. They were going through remodeling. Some units are dated.

This property was everything we asked for! The room was large and clean. Room for everyone. If you are planning to attend an event at the Sphere, this is the perfect location! We were able to walk to and from the venue while thousands waited for Ubers and Taxis. The strip is only a block or so away too. We also loved swimming in all the pools. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

You need to advise Expedia customers that this is a timeshare property. Check in and service priority is given to those with a property there or members. Waited 5 hours for a room to be ready and watch countless members check in and be taken straight to the room. No priority given to those that turn up first. You’re put right down the pecking order for waiting on your room. No late check out or room to use either unless you are members. Overall the hotel is OK and good location. However wouldn’t come back again to be treated like second class citizens.

We arrived the property at 12pm i know its too early but we waited patiencely. They said the eoom is vacant just need to be clean. I follow up at 3pm person i ask told me still not clean and told me “ the check-in is not til 4 anyway, they will text u when the room is ready. 630pm already they still havent text me so i went to the desk again they told me “oh they didn’t text you?” They put us in building one 106 it is in the corner with no view and cars driving noisy i feel they just put us in the corner. Upon entering the room there is a smell i have to wipe everything with clorox wipe. Kyle texted me to go to the front desk i just didnt go because i dont need any compensation i just want to finish our stayed and go home. Not worth my time and energy to complain.
