It's a room.

It was a room. Not the cleanest. The sheets were questionable... The toilet had hot water when you flushed so the next person had a sauna on their backside... literally. The staff was VERY friendly and we felt safe there.

Didn’t like that I had to ask for a room change as the one I got first was very smelly with body odor. So that prolonged my checkin. Front seat agent accommodated request for a change and she checked to make sure the replacement room was much better. It was. It was an overall pleasant experience- great breakfast options

Good affordable place to stay, i feel like the $150 refundable deposit was not clearly explained at booking and i had to click on this and that to find it. Also the pool wasnt open as promised until a day after we checked in. But had a great selection of goodies for the free breakfast bar. Better then ive seen in my travels. Id stay there again.

Dissatisfaction with the room service during my recent stay. The room has developed an unpleasant odor, and despite my repeated requests, room service has not attended to my room for the entirety of my four-day, three-night stay. I have approached the front desk on three separate occasions to request room service, and each time I was assured that the service would be provided. Unfortunately, these assurances were not followed through, and my room remained unserviced. This lack of attention has significantly impacted the comfort of my stay.
