Book Lake Hughes hotels

Never got past registration. Clerk was rude and we cancelled and left. They did refund.

I lost 3 important books at the hotel I had my email on there computers so many people could access it when it usually close and delete I told front desk and the rep couldn’t help but say not many people use them and I didn’t get to check in even tho I payed

Room was very outdated and furniture was in poor condition being dirty and scratched badly. Did not like that I was put in a room that was in such condition

Room was well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly and parking was free and convenient. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. But it was okay.

My door didn’t work multiple times and staff did not fix it only gave me new key cards. Also the 24 hour gym is 2 machines that cannot properly function since they don’t have enough space. The staff were the best part since they were incredibly nice.
