Fire Alarm at 5:30AM BLARING!!!

My family chose this hotel because of its low rate and the fact we were basically only staying just to get a nights sleep. The rate was great- $135 for a suite w 2 queen beds and a pull out double sofa bed. The blackout shade was nice and the hotel itself is newly remodeled and relatively clean. The reason why I rated it low was at 5:30am the fire alarm started blaring. Everyone was confused and some packed their belongings hastily and fled. I went down the stairs to see what was happening since our rooms phone was disconnected and found that it was an isolated fire in the oven. I was very disappointed that the hotel provided all its occupants ZERO communication and direction. It only makes sense to me that an employee would walk the halls to make sure all the panicked travelers knew their families lives were not in risk. Why was this not done? Even on the Titanic, the employees respected the passengers enough to guide them through the disaster. Pretty weak in my opinion. The other reason for my rating is they didn’t serve hot breakfast in the morning. BW needs to step up their customer service!! WTH???

Toilet wouldnt flush after 6th flush and I requested another room at 3am. Front desk gave me another room only to find out it was already occupied. Finally 3rd room was like a mile away from first room so it took me six trips to move all my stuff in middle of night. Next morning breakfast was worst ive been offered, basically just snacks.

Good for Magic Mountain

It was nice. The hallways echoed a bit when people were talking and walking by the room, but everything in the room was good. The breakfast room was small, so we had to take our food back to the room to eat. The selection wasn't great. Very close to Magic Mountain.
