Easy accessible to the Kyoto station. Very clean room. We sked 2nd pillows and they brought them right away when I requested by the app. Very quiet considering it starteds next to the train station. We most appreciate the location that made us avoid carrying our suitcases around the crowded city.

Such a comfortable stay. Very easy to navigate and had very friendly and helpful staff. I requested to have a nicer view room since I was celebrating my birthday and they did grant my request although at first they could not promise it since they had a national holiday.
