Location is a 10/10 as is service ! But this was just entirely too small of a room. No closet, no dresser, the sink doubles as the shower which was kinda cool but just goes to show how tight the space is. If you can happily live out of your suitcase while here, it’s a great choice!

The staff are very courteous and helpful. The moment we arrived we felt like we are VIPs. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the location is conveniently located ( just 5 mins away from the beautiful Kyoto station). They also have luggage storage, allowing us to explore right away. We really enjoyed our stay here and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a very short stay here because we extended our trip by one day, and our original hotel was fully booked, but we were pleasantly surprised by this property. I was received an upgraded room and the front desk was ver welcoming. When we checked out, they offered to store our luggage until we returned in the afternoon which was very helpful. When we returned we had trouble opening our key lock and they provided us with a tool to open it. Loved the hospitality and staff.
