Was a great hotel. Room was a bit small and the worst part was the bed was too low to the floor so you couldn't store a suitcase closed underneath, I had to open mine and slide it under. Overall staff was nice and they helped ship our luggage to Osaka. Also directly across from the train was superior! So helpful and would stay here again.

The hotel is right in front of the Kyoto station, very convenient when touring the city, which is the main purpose as a tourist. Staffs are very polite and attentive. I love yhe bidet and clean bathroom. There are a lot of giveaways for guests. Thank you for an enjoyable time
