Very nice hotel

Nice smaller hotel. Bed was on the bigger side for rooms in japan so that was nice. Good for kids. Staff were very friendly. My husband lost his wallet and they promptly returned it.

Great location, excellent staff.

Very friendly and efficient staff, requested extra pillows and they were delivered quickly and with grace. Rooms very clean, pjs seemed pressed daily. Amenities nice, wish less plastic wrapping.

In Ginza and so close to the Tokyo Station as well as so many food options. I was only here one night but it was such a great choice to stay here before heading to my next stop because of how close it is to the main station and was able to have a great dinner in the area.

Bargains have costs

Granted, you get what you pay for. This is a very good hotel for people will be spending most of their time sites eyeing. Bargain price, great location, fairly clean. Small room, interesting bathroom. I'd do agaim ina heartbeat. For those expecting more space or Marriott/Hilton level service... not that!

This hotel is a 4star 3star hotel. Right across from the Kyoto train station which also houses an amazing underground mall. There is no noise from the trains.

Was a quick walk from Kyoto station with places to eat nearby was the best and very convenient! Staff was friendly and helpful no matter what questions I had. They did close the hotel from 2am-5am for safety reasons which made me feel safe. Will definitely come back again!

Close to JR Kyoto station and bus terminal. Easy access by walking through the underpass from the station. Very nicely renovated inside. Staff are all professional. I accidentally throw away my belongings, but they searched it out from trash bin less than one hour. Very helpful and friendly staff!
