Nice hotel comfortable bed we asjed for city view but dont recommend it as it over looks the train station so all night you hear the trains not sound proof, we were hiven a room by the elevator so could hear the ping as it arrived so not the best nights sleep. Breakfast was good plentyful and good selection staff were friendly. Nice roof top pool. Would we stay again, yes but request opposite side and away from elevator the train and bus stop was next door and accessible eith a link into the mall so no need to go outside.

Conveniently located within the KL Sentral transport hub. Spacious, while minimalistic rooms. Only issue with the room is that there were no day curtains - so, you would have to sit with the blinds down and no natural light for privacy. Enjoyed the gym, pool & buffet breakfast.

What can I say? This hotel is so convenient, clean and met our needs perfectly. A special shout out to the staff at the Aloft. The service here was phenomenal, especially housekeeping. Our room was spotless each day. What stood out to us was a very simple thing really, but it took some recognition and effort by whoever cleaned our room yesterday (we stayed in room 1908). So we have been traveling now for over a week and hit the laundry mat across the street to do a load of clothes. I brought a clothesline from home and hung many items that I wanted to air dry. While we were out, our room was cleaned and someone took the time to place a clothes rack with hangers in the room, to give us more space to hang things. It was such a simple thing really, but it took someone to recognize a need and then retrieve this and set it up in our room. We never asked for this, but found it incredibly thoughtful.

I picked the hotel because it was near the train station, so very practical arriving from the KUL airport. I love the breakfast and really enjoyed the roof top pool !!! Definitely recommend
