The location of this hotel is 100 out of a 100. Express train direct from the airport to KL sentral where the hotel connects to without going outside on the street. Staff are extremely friendly. Hotel is clean and very well maintained. I'll recommend my families to stay here if they go to KL. KL sentral has all the transportation connections and it's a big shopping mall as well. Same can be said to Hilton and meridian, cost a bit more.

We had a great experience staying at Aloft Sentral. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options and good quality food – easily one of the highlights of our stay. The location is fantastic. Being connected to the shopping mall and having direct access to the monorail made getting around Kuala Lumpur incredibly easy and convenient. It’s a very central base, especially for first-time visitors. The staff were outstanding – super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were both in great condition, clean, modern, and comfortable. Overall, this hotel offered excellent value and comfort, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting KL.

This is super close to the train station which is perfect for getting to the airport and Batu Caves etc. also little India and a mall is there and its Easy to walk around the city from here. The only issue we had was due to my claustrophobia which means I cannot get into a lift. We stayed here twice and both times I emailed ahead of time to ask if it was possible to have slower level room and to Use a staircase instead of a lift and was advised that it was no problem and was noted on the booking but every time I needed to get to or from the room, I had to go through lengthy explanations and wait for a long time to be “escorted” down the stairs. Being escorted wasn’t too much of an issue but I just expected it to be less of a problem when o had emailed ahead.
