Check-in was appalling with other guests receiving upgrades and it being made known. Receptionist saw me arrive first but helped group while I waited for 15mins. Room was tiny and for the money was pretty plain, would be kinda more like 3 star room... bed comfy and clean though.

The main dining room was a bit underwhelming. A booth in a quality restaurant was a bit of a letdown. However the over all experience was great and we left feeling we had a relaxing time.

Was a lovely apartment and quite comfortable inside. I didn't like the fact we had to empty our own rubbish downstairs each day. After more options? The Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel is situated 18 kilometres away from the main central area, and the Craig's Royal Hotel is 20 kilometres away. The Hotel Frangos, 17 kilometres away, and the Hepburn at Hepburn, 18 kilometres away, are some alternate choices.
