Lovely property... the room was quaint, clean. The cold filtered water was awesome! ( life saving , thank you for that) love that they have laundry facilties, and breakfast. The only thing that would be better...piping in some runes to the pool area. Nothing to crazy, but... just an observation, not a game changer at all. Thanks to all the staff, super friendly, and very accomidating!!

Everything was really good except the room was a lot smaller than anticipated. Ultimately, it was all we needed to rest. Staff was really nice and even had umbrellas or ponchos to offer when rain was anticipated.

This was a great property for the money. Centrally located to walk to all areas of historic Key West including the wharf and Duval street. Cuban Coffee Queen is 2 blocks with excellent coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The include breakfast was really just rolls/muffins/fruit/yogurt and the coffee was blah. Bike rental location right next door with outstanding service. Beautiful property with 2 pools, multiple buildings and lush landscaping. My only complaint is no one told us it was a smoking property. I don’t know if they have non-smoking buildings or not but, there was constantly people on the very narrow front porch of our building smoking that we had to walk by to get in and out of our room. Dirty ashtrays scattered around the property as well and often people out front of the lobby smoking. The ashtray on our shared porch was constantly full. The rooms did not smell of smoke so it was bearable but, we had to hold our breath going through a cloud of smoke in and out of the room.

Quaint set up. Rooms around the property make you feel as if you're in your own little cottage. Pools were refreshing. Location is an easy walk any part of the town. Only a couple of blocks from the Duval Loop bus route too.

We absolutely loved the grounds, the private and separate bungalows and all of the extras we did realize we needed. There was plaenty of shared sunscreen options, and two pools that give you a break from the sun. The bed was a 8/10 in comfort and breakfast was fresh though not hot or filling. Internet was spotty. The staff were super helpful and kind, very thoughtful and helpful. This was also a great location to many activities. We would absolutely stay there again.

Stayed here two years ago. Although a little tired really enjoyed our stay. Pool area was an amazing and tranquil. This time, it appears no maintenance has taken place. The amazing pool now looks stained and dirty. They now have breakfast on site, it was better when they gave vouchers for the bakery down the way. Rooms very very tired. Broken floor tiles, broken blinds. Smells of damp. Had a dehumidifier in the room!! Will not be returning. What a shame. A potentially amazing place.

Lack of adequate parking Should give voucher for public parking. No restaurant or cafe no bar Rooster woke me up every morning at 530 or earlier LOL Wish had full breakfast available.
