The staff was great! This is our 2nd time staying here however we had a completely different experience this time. The air conditioner was not working correctly. I'm not sure if it was the actual unit or the controller. We had to get a fan from the front office. Also, the bed (king) was horrible. It was extremely uncomfortable.

The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good for a quick start to the day, with omelet station. Price competitive, and a simple walk to the heard of all the action in downtown key west. We enjoyed the morning stroll to all the Key west area attractions and restaurants.

I want to send a shout out to front desk staff: Rena handled an issue with me on the phone and was super pleasant and ultra professional as well as on-site check-in staff. Highly recommend. Staff was courteous. Housekeepings was very helpful when I had forgotten to bring some toiletries items. Room was clean. Front desk staff were very helpful. Omelette station was a nice addition to the complementary breakfast. The hotel was quiet for most part with a nice small pool area. Only one night we experienced very loud people in the room above that seemed to move furniture until 1 am but otherwise peaceful.

Room spotless. Staff very nice. I asked if they had an extra chair they could add to my room. Wasn't counting on getting it. The next time I went in my room there was the extra chair! Just lovely!

The mattress was very well worn! My husband and I did not sleep well and our backs were hurting by the end of our stay. They need to replace their mattresses! And....we could see daylight underneath our door. I was concerned that we would have critters coming into our room so I kept my luggage closed when not in use.

Room was clean and a nice size. The housekeepers did a nice job. The free breakfast is actually really nice and has lots of options, including an outdoor omelet station. We ate there every day. The pool area is super cute and the pool's heated. It's not too crowded either. Overall we would stay here again. Highly recommend!
