Overall our stay was good , the hotel is very clean ! They clean the rooms everyday. One duval had excellent breakfast and lunch and dinner. All staff were absolutely wonderful. Only negatives of this hotel is some lack of up keep with repairs. Alot of floor tiles around the poperty were broken or cracked. Some things also need to be updated. The rooms are fairly updated with a nice walk in shower. A/c unit could hardly keep up but it was also extremely humid and hot out whole stay. Overall we were pleased. You will not get a better view for the price. Pool was nice little on the smaller side. But the chiller would not keep up , so it was slightly warmer then expected.

Amazing. We stayed in an Ocean view room and it was amazing. The staff at the front desk and the pool bar were fabulous. Walkable to Duval, Mallory Square and the Pier, but quiet. Highly recommend!

The Pier House is the best place to stay in Key West. Rooms are beautiful, staff is amazing and the beach is perfect. Staff takes care of any issues and ensures a first class vacation. I would not think of staying anywhere else!

We enjoyed our stay! Great location!! Walkable to everything. Small beach was a plus with the beach bar. An added benefit for the hotel would be having air conditioning throughout the hallways not just in the rooms and lobby. Staff very friendly!! First visit to Key West and we picked the best hotel. The Pier House Resort & Spa was amazing !!!! Clean, Spotless, & everyone who works there is pleasant and helpful. The best part was the 80 minute spa massages for me & my husband.The robes, and outdoor spa added to the resort experience. Can’t wait to go back again and also with friends .
