Me pareció una falta de respeto haber llegado y que me trasladaran de hotel ,yo pagué por ese hotel porque mi familia estaba ahí y yo tuve que estar separados de ellos cuando compré con mucha anticipación ese hotel .Nos reunimos todos ahí porque mi tía le encantaba ese hotel y falleció hace poco y quisimos celebrar su cumpleaNos como ella quería .Que todos nos quedáramos en ese hotel y disfrutáramos juntos y ustedes jodieron esa experiencia …. Cuando llegamos el otro hotel no estaba malo pero cuando hice check out me cobraron 300 dólares de la tarjeta ,y no me han devuelto ese dinero cuando a penas estuvimos en ese hotel y no consumimos nada ni hicimos nada para que nos cobraran .Me pareció una falta de respeto muy mala .No vendan lo que no pueden garantizar engañan a las personas y les quitan el dinero sin razón

The property is very pretty and the pool area is beautiful. The staff is very comfortable in their roles but seem to have forgotten that to a guest the experience is new and should be treated as a special event. They were all nice but some barely said hello, our room was only cleaned once, we had to ask for towels and several were seen eating their meal in the lobby. The bartender at the pool was borderline rude and in general I felt as though we were background characters in their daily play. The hotel shuttle was helpful but I would choose a place closer to downtown or rent a car as we found ourselves having to take ride shares often.

True Key West vibe!

Very nice property with beautiful landscaping. The staff was outstanding. Just one note-there were a bunch of kids in the pool even though this a advertised as "adults only" . Not a problem for us but some people might be disappointed if they truly wanted an "adults only" experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nicely Cuba styled. The downtown transportation made it easy to go there. Many seats available by pool. Food options somewhat limited and could have longer hours for the food truck as we got back from a sunset tour and the food truck was closed by 10 pm. After paying for the hotel on Expedia there were many hotel fees on my credit card statement. Delivery fees, resort fees not explained by Expedia or the hotel before would be charged later.

My boyfriend and I had a fun time however, due to hurricane damage, workers started hammering on rooftops around 8:30 am. We were located poolside which was nice and had its perks but the gates to the pool constantly slammed in the early hours and the music started up by the pool around 10am which echoed in our room. Also the property maintenance workers would start leaf blowing around the pool area around 8:30am as well. Despite having a good time, we did not sleep well here. This resort is still dealing with serious hurricane damage. Our room clearly had damage and had been flooded, swollen doors and the floor laminate completely lifted up. Being a Florida resident, I am sympathetic to this but I wasn’t expecting these conditions for the prices that were paid. Also on site food and drink prices were incredibly high. The shuttle to down town was very convenient and timely and The Flama Cabana bar is absolutely incredible. I feel that this hotel pre hurricanes would have been the best place to stay in Key West. It is apparent that hotel management is doing the best that they can do get their resort back in full working order but I do feel as though this information should have been disclosed or room prices should have been more reasonable. Overall, despite all of this, if I had the opportunity, I know I would enjoy myself here again.

I booked Havana Cabana because it’s an adult-only property. I expected it to be a fun, laid-back atmosphere—but the experience was anything but relaxing. On the day of check-in, I was abruptly informed that my reservation was canceled due to construction. No prior notice, no apology, and no options were offered. I was simply redirected to Margaritaville, a dated hotel with very few amenities, no perks, and a small, smelly room that only had one bed—despite my request for two. The pool was tiny, and the whole experience felt like a downgrade. The lack of communication and customer care was extremely disappointing.
