Very nice room, hotel was clean, staff kind and attentive. The location of thos hotel is great.

Upon arriving in a rainstorm Google Maps led us to an affiliated garage next to the hotel. There were signs to get to the lobby, but the stairway was chained off. After calling reception I was guided to the hotel basement but not without exposure to the rain. From the basement it was difficult to find the elevator. Signage throughout this process was misleading and inadequate....Also misleading were the hidden costs: parking $20/day; no complimentary breakfast items - we grabbed some coffee, 2 pastries, and 2 fruits for a cost of $37.50.

Room was very clean. It was off season so we were not in the main hotel. We were put in the Coveside. No view of the ocean at all. No instructions for the coffee pot, Nespresso, ended up with water all over the counter. Vague instruction for the TV, couldn't get live sports games.

We booked the Regency Hotel for a girls weekend, and it was awesome! The location is perfect! We booked two rooms, and both were spotless. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My niece had a spa treatment that she said was heavenly. We spent time at the Armory Lounge, and the bartender was as friendly as everyone else. We would definitely stay at the Regency again!

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was included. Full service, not continental. Really good food. Parking was validated. No surprises on put bill. Definitely recommended.
