This hotel should be 1 star bad room n front staff didn’t have right information thay was bad then as soon as we checked in our washroom was broken the toilet was broken and soo small so uncomfortable to sit in there no exhaust in the washroom and when we went to complain they took pictures to pin it on us that we broke it scamers

This facility is old and while some updates have been done (like the flooring in my room) the rooms are definitely showing their age. The bathroom floor tiles were all cracked and it almost looked like the ground had heaved up under the tiles. The bathtub and sink, while clean, had a lot of permanent marks and chips. The bathroom counter was also damaged. Light fixtures are functional, but very old. No working fan in the bathroom. The room had a fridge and a coffee machine with coffee. The bed was clean and very comfortable. Curtains on the sliding door to the courtyard were missing a curtain hook or 2. TV was small but good, once I figured out the guide operation. The property has a really nice courtyard with amenities such as a barbecue and ice machine available as well as outdoor tables and chairs. Overall, the place is clean with nice staff at the front desk, but it desperately needs some updates, especially given the price point. The property is in a desirable location, so it may not be worth it to the owners to spend money on the rooms rather than possibly selling the place for the land value. That would be very unfortunate as this motel has been there as long as I can remember (probably over 60 years) and would be very nice with the addition of a few updates.

Run down, unkept, dirty, our room smelled like cigarettes. Front desk offered a spray to mask the smell. My 11 yr. old son witnessed "resident guests" getting high. Outdoor pool was not working. Hot tub water was brown and dirty. The resort was more disappointing than pictures. Ice machine was not sanitary. It had brown sludge. Google reviews are kore accurate than expedia. The lawn space was nice to have.

Had a very large suite with a separate bedroom and three beds and sofa bed as well. Kitchenette as well with a table, very spacious suite. A little dated, but nice. Outside very relaxing courtyard area with own patio table and very nice place to just sit and talk. Pool table and table tennis along with a nice pool. Really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient area.

This place is definitely not worth the cost even at a 2 star rating. The tap in the bathroom dripped continuously. The toilet flushed every hour 24/7 and the TV never worked properly. I complained to the front desk at least 4 times but was never offered a different room or any form of compensation. Stay away!

Upon first arrival you see run down, boarded up buildings and the property entrance has potholes that would swallow a smart car. The beds were clean and comfortable and the rooms were quite large but no high marks for cleanliness elsewhere. We liked that there was no carpet. Our room was part of a lovely green space behind the office which partly made up for our first impressions. Air conditioner was noisy but at least there was one. If you are on a budget it’s an adequate accommodation

Rooms were filthy. More dirt on ceiling fan than in the flower bed. Ketchup on walls dirty dated couch. Tiny tv in awkward place couldn’t even watch it. Blinds broken and falling down. Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room itself was clean and had a few recent updates. The courtyard outside was beautiful and a great space for the kids to run and play! The check in was somewhat chaotic as they don’t accept certain credit cards which caused a slight inconvenience of having to go pull cash. The pool and hot tub were less than desirable. Very dirty, very stinky, kids were very itchy after swimming! There were broken down vehicles and restaurant supplies stacked outside the front door of the resort which was unsightly and took up the “check in” “check out” parking. It was a nice enough place for the price, but I definitely will not return or reccomend this place to others.
