The staff was friendly and the room was overall clean. In front of the lobby there are pigeons roosting leaving droppings behind giving the impression of an unclean place. The samething is apparent under the overhang in front of doors to the rooms. The sparrows like to roost under the overhang leaving bird poop behind at the entrance way to the room. This could easily mitigated to make the place appear more presentable. Also the bathtub in my room was broken so when taken a shower a good percentage of the water is running somewhere other than the drain.

unsafe area, homeless people walking the parking lot. dirty, rundown room. false information about the quality of the "resort". It is not a resort, it's a 1970's run down motel, a good old motel. didn't risk taking a shower, slept and left really early

Our room was nice and big with parking right in front so we can see our motorcycle. The staff was friendly and made the check in and out process a breeze. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was dirty, had hair all over the bed and room, stains all over the beding, the fridge was dirty. They showed us 3 rooms and all were dirty. They finally found a clean room for us. Dont waste your time booking at this place, go find a better hotel.

We had the water shut off for 2 significant portions of the days. Along with this the outdoor pool was unusable for over 24 hours as it was needed to be treated as it turned brown. Along with this the cleaning staff would come inconveniently early and when they did clean the room they did not clean the bathroom. Only emptied the trash and exchanged the towels if needed. When I brought the water shut off to the staff when checking out they stated they would give a small credit back on my cc but never followed through even after I asked directly how this would happen.

This is THE NOST DISGUSTING place I’ve ever seen for a hotel. Dirty! Run down and what seemed like temporary short term housing. Checked four different rooms before having to settle in one but left first thing the next morning. I didn’t even want my dogs I. The floor. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! The only good thing was the help from the Expedia rep I spoke with! Helpful

The staff wouldn’t give back my skirt that I accidentally left behind. They would even go through laundry to see if it was there when one of the staff said they turned it in to front desk. They said they would contact me if it turns up. The room was small And I left it somehow by bed or got tangled in bed sheets. Don’t ever forget anything that you love a lot there.
