During my stay, I noticed the presence of cockroaches both in the bathroom and inside the room, . This situation was extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable. It raised serious concerns about cleanliness, health, and sanitary conditions, and it negatively affected my overall experience as a guest. I believe that situations like this should not occur in a hotel room intended for guests, as customers expect a clean, safe, and properly maintained environment. Through this letter, I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that the necessary measures be taken to improve hygiene and pest control within the hotel facilities. One of our favorite hotels—we’ve stayed there about eight times. The rooms are clean, the pool is wonderful, and the front desk staff are great. I hope to return soon, because it really is a wonderful experience.

Room was spacious and had a great ocean view. Our stay was enjoyable and the staff was very accommodating. I only wish that breakfast was included. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very clean room. Beautiful pool and gardens. Internet was not great however, on previous stays it worked great. Will definitely stay again.
