We asked for a partial view room of the ocean...the view did not disappoint!! Was able to watch the sun come up and watch the sun go down from our balcony. Stunning! My only complaint is the shower, it could literally take your skin off it was so powerful. I like to have pressure but not like that. Maybe try a "rain" style shower head. Would have been more enjoyable. And maybe a little softer towels. I would still rate this as a 9-10.

Half of the staff were amazing, however the other half were very rude and unhelpful. We experienced this throughout the hotel, bar and restaurant. The food in the hotel restaurant was average at best as well as the mixed drinks at the bar. Walking across the street was a great treat with a large variety of options in the restaurant Plaza. This was our first time staying at the hotel and we quickly learned from talking with guests that stay there often that they did not recommend eating in the hotel and recommended going elsewhere. Many of the guests shared they have been coming there for over 10 to 15 years and that the service has gone down tremendously in the past couple years.
