Your last vacay feel like it was an eternity ago? Don't stress — book a ticket to Kan Tong and you'll be heading off in a jiffy!

It's located 240 kilometres northwest of Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam.

You won't have to be stuck on the road all day to see a bit of nature. Just 35 kilometres out of Kan Tong, Fan Si Pan is a popular place to get some fresh air. More picturesque surrounds are waiting for you at Sapa Lake, 40 kilometres away.

Do you want to venture outwards a little? Mù Cang Chải is 40 kilometres to the southeast of Kan Tong and Sapa is 45 kilometres to the northeast. Get in the car and find out what's going on out there!

Heading to Hekou? This destination is 60 kilometres to the north. If you're staying here a while, make sure you check out the Thuy Hoa Park, the Den Mau Temple and the China-Vietnam Border Crossing. Also consider stopping in at Hekou Customs Site and Gushan Cave Ancient Site.
