Sadly disappointed

We booked a queen room, with Internet which we needed, however the room was misrepresented as being a queen bed but was quite a cheap quality double and the Internet didn’t work except in the office on another wifi code which we weren’t provided as it was for staff. We booked to have these 2 services and didn’t receive them. We felt the accom know about these 2 things but haven’t changed their advertising to be transparent about what they offer there. By the time we arrived there was no other option to move elsewhere as we were also travelling with friends. No towels came with the room to use the spa either, another surprise.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating, we arrived with no stovetop in kitchen as stated for a studio. They swiftly went out and brought a new one. Parking was good outside room. However not particularly clean kitchen, can hear everything next door and surrounding rooms. Bathroom had a poor smell too. We’ve been traveling for 2 months, this property was extremely over priced !!!

Fine for a single night stay. Room was tiny, but clean. Tv didn’t work. Had to request milk for tea/coffee. No amenities to speak of - no shared kitchen items and had to pay to use bbq (first time we’d seen that in all the campgrounds we’d stayed at). Hot tub and pool were nice, but one of the hot tubs were broken and therefore only one group at a time could use the hot tub. It was ok, but probably wouldn’t stay for an extended period.

2nd stay here. . quiet, but for the extremely noisy thumping from the upstairs room till late (kids running around? ) and unbearably noisy heater . While on the main road it's set back enough with countryside views. Loads of good info provided in the room folders of the area .Bed was nowhere near as comfortable as the last room I'd had there. Otherwise, clean, modern facilities.
