One of the staff (tell guy) was either super lazy or racist he won’t check us in for over 1 hour just kept pointing us to the machine even he checked in for other people. When it’s passed our check in time another very friendly staff (Asia young lady) saw us waiting around and check us in after she had check in for other few large parties. In general bad area and basic business hotel. They also require you to sign up to there reward program to get free Wi-Fi

Service is not what it was. Being ignored sitting at the bar waiting for a drink. Steam room and pool in the wellness area not working. No bathrobes in the room anymore. Loose floor tiles in our bathroom. Too bad. We always liked this hotel when flying in and out of Frankfurt.

A classic (and classy) hotel in the heart of Frankfurt. Our 2nd stay in 2 weeks after a quick trip to Amsterdam. We fell in love with the place the 1st time and will stay here anytime our travels bring us through Frankfurt First rate. Top to bottom. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

A cozy but serviceable room for a recovery from a lengthy inbound flight. They accommodated me for a very early check in (7am) having booked and paid for the previous night. (Avoided a "no-show" cancelation with a phone call two days prior to arrival.) The AC control is effective and the room was quiet and comfortable. Just don't open the window. The AC pauses. The local area has plenty of food options just make sure to check open times. "The Italian" was our favorite.
