I had a booking in this hotel and once we reach in our room the AC was not working i asked them to fix the issue at reception and their reply was, they guy said open your window before sleeping i mean is that for real

Hotel is very close to Frankfurt Bahnhof as mentioned in advertising. Surprisingly quiet considering it's central location. A good selection of breakfast options to suit all tastes. A good bar to relax in after the days activities. Safe deposit box in room. Easy walking distance to shopping & eating areas of the city. Actually not that far from Frankfurt Old Town. Last but not least Friendly, Attentive Staff at the reception area. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
