Upon arrival, staff didn’t seem to want to check me in. There were three people at the counter. Only one person made eye contact and greeted me, even though the other two were not doing anything. The direction the person gave me didn’t make any sense. I asked about if this pot was still open. He told me to figure it out. They might be closing soon. I couldn’t find a pool area. I kept calling, but the phone wouldn’t work. I finally realized that I had to take the elevator to level 8 and then the stairs to 9. It was so annoying to try to find on your own. Finally I got there and had a decent swim. I returned to my room to sleep, but it was extraordinarily noisy. Doors kept getting slammed the workers that were cleaning room would constantly laugh really loud walk around. I heard too much noise that I could not sleep. I would say my experience overall was extraordinarily terrible. I cannot say that I would stay there again.

It was a wonderful room, and so close to the airport. The shuttle worked out great and picked us up when we dropped off the rental car the night before and also when it we left. We were given a $10 voucher for drinks when we arrived.

The room never warmed up. The facet was leaking down to the floor in the bathroom, so we were stepping in the puddle of water. Otherwise clean nicely furnished hotel with very pleasant atmosphere. As for checking in, I would advise a better understanding of their computer system before they advise me that none of my credit cards can be approved. My card was hit with 5 pending charges before they figured that out.
