Very convenient to dining facility and many options in the area. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean and spacious, but the sink was glogg even when someone came to fixed it keeps on clogging :(. same issue with the other room we got.

Everything was cleaned as described in the advertisement. Pictures were legit. Loved the quiet, the hospitality, cleaning service big hooray to their cleaning service they do an amazing job. The staff was so helpful. Bed we’re comfortable, breakfast was unique. Hopefully In the future there are tourist guidance to places in New York New Jersey on sight, that would be amazing. But other than that. I would definitely come back to stay here, when I come back with my family here in New Jersey New York. Thank you from Chicago family.

Hyatt was really nice and clean. The staff very helpful. The gentleman we spoke to gave good directions from the bus to.the hotel so it was easy to get to it. Althoigh they had promised i would pay cash at check out only to be told that was a miscommunication. A little inconvenient.

The hotel was fine for a short stay, but there were a few issues that impacted our comfort. We booked a King room with a pullout sofa, which may have been a misstep on our part—the pullout was extremely small and in poor condition. The shower had very low water pressure, and the bathroom door automatically locked when closed, which became a problem at 1am when our 9-year-old couldn’t get in. On the plus side, the air conditioning was strong (though quite loud), and there were plenty of outlets throughout the room—a definite convenience. The lighting was decent, and the room itself was spacious enough that we didn’t feel cramped.
