The room was definitely neglected place is filthy very old and un kept eggs were ice cold the whole thing just was a disgusting event heat didn't work keys kept getting unprogrammed that place is very mismanaged according to the front desk staff come on Wyndham you can do better

We checked in and then checked right back out. This place is a dump. Don't be fooled by the misleading photos like we were. If it would let me post a pic of the stained up mattress, tattered and sunken-in sofa, and overall dilapidation of the place, I would. Thank God we were able to find another place last minute.

I stayed in room 506 and the ac unit worked in living room area but the ac unit in bedroom did not work.. i like to sleep in the cold and basically didnt get that good feeling i like.. plus the noisy highway next outside didnt help much

The staff was kind and welcoming every time we stepped in the hotel lobby and with any request. Perfect location for a bus stop to get into the city. Spacious room - perfect for my family size and great space for all of us. These things all added up to a way more positive experience than the state of the hotel.

The room was extremely basic. The mattress was from the 90’s. The pillows were small and cheap. The bathroom was in terrible shape. A classic NY/NJ cesspool.

Room was good size for the price but was unable to turn heating on (winter is cold) which ruined the night. Hot water didn't work in the morning and wasn't able to change the tv hdmi because it was outdated so brought my fire stick to watch movies for nothing. Positives where the size of the room and gave us late check out for free

Took our 1yr & 9yr old kids to Nickelodeon Universe & the waterpark, booked this hotel and it was absolutely HORRIBLE!! We have never had such a horrible experience. Room was disgusting. Hair on the floor, bathtub was not cleaned I went to clean it and realized there was NO hot water!!!!! On top of our refrigerator not working at all. My daughter’s breast milk went bad. Us & the kids needed a hot shower/bath after swimming at the waterpark all day. I also had stuff that needed to be refrigerated so I brought my complains to whoever was working at the desk & he was rude thought my complaints were a joke and didn’t care. Said his boss wasn’t accommodating anyone for the issues and that hot water wont be back on that night or the next day. & that he will try to get a hold of someone for the fridge issue & that he knew about the hot water when I checked in but the hotel was working on it so he didn’t see the need to tell me beforehand like WHAT A JOKE!. As I was doing this my hubby took the kids to the “heated pool” pool was NOT heated it was freezing cold. We ended up just checking out and booking another hotel. Save your money not worth the headache, the disgustingness or the rude staff
