Location was great. Very close to Train Station and Meadowlands/American Dream Mall so easy access to anywhwre you want to go. Free Parking is also a great perk. The rooms were old and run down...our stove top was so rusted we were afraid to use it. The water stains on the shower insert and beat up bathtub made the shower look dirty but it was clean. The beds were terrible if you enjoy sleep. We went in winter and lost hot water 2 of the 4 nights we visited. When we called about it they told us to just wait and it should come back. It was back the next day but when you are out all day and want a shower before bed, it can be annoying...especially when the response was so flippant. The "breakfast" was coffee and a packaged muffin - and a nutrigrain bar if you got there early enough. Overall the stay didnt ruin our experience but I think next time I am in the area I would look for a different hotel near that location.

The room was filthy dirty. It was not worth the price that was paid. I will never stay here again. The floor was so dirty that I had to throw my socks away!!! I've stayed at places half the price that were wayyyy better. Never again!!!

Breakfast was limited, just a coffee bar and few things. The place smelled like cigarettes from the outside to the hallways, the whole building needs renovation. The bathtub is dirty, shower curtain super old and dirty, the bed and pillows have a smell and stains. We felt very uncomfortable, was a one night stay and it was very late so we just decided to stay. Staff was polite and friendly.

I booked a king-bed room at this Extended Stay location, but when I arrived to check in, I was told there were no more king rooms available. They did offer me a discount for the inconvenience, which I appreciated, but things went downhill from there. As I walked down the hallway to look at the queen room, I noticed a dirty mop sitting in a bucket outside someone’s door, and the entire first-floor hallway had a strong smell similar to old apartment buildings. The carpet in the hallway was dirty, and the overall atmosphere didn’t feel clean or well-maintained. When I got to the room, the bed frame looked extremely cheap, almost like something you’d find in a college dorm or a shelter — not what I expected for a paid hotel stay. Even the pillows didn’t look comfortable, and I couldn’t see myself getting a good night’s rest there. Because of all this, I decided to request a refund. The customer service staff were very professional, polite, and helpful, and they processed my refund with no issue. Their service was the best part of the experience. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself made me uncomfortable, and I chose not to stay.
