It’s nice in the lobby, the exterior is nice as well. Our entire floor stunk like smoke (pot/cigarette), to top that it smelled like dirty diapers. The walls are very thin, it was rather noisy, which was ok, but the stench NO! It’s in need of some serious work for $200/nt. The only plus is that it’s close to MetLife stadium.

Very dirty, not worth the price

The room was filthy, with stains everywhere and mold in the bathtub. The sheets appeared to be clean, thankfully, although I must admit I was afraid to look too hard. Additionally, the room had a terrible smell as soon as I walked through the door, which I never managed to get over. As a whole, the building itself was in poor condition too. The front door had peeling paint, the stairwell was dirty and poorly lit, and the computer system for check-in was horribly slow. The advertised free breakfast was very disappointing as well. There was no area to eat in, and the food consisted of Nutri-Grain bars and tiny plastic-wrapped muffins. One good thing about this place, and the only reason I rated it two stars instead of one, is that the staff was helpful and friendly. I showed up about an hour before check-in, and the room was ready for me. This was very helpful, as I had somewhere I needed to be at the same time check-in was supposed to start. Overall, despite being pleased with the staff's service, I was very disappointed with this hotel. At almost $300 for the night, I would have at least expected the building to be in good condition and the room to be clean. I will not be coming back here again, and I recommend you don't either unless you are willing to put up with motel-like conditions for 3x the price.

The hotel is older and open for pets. There is a distinct odor of “old” in the room. The room was dated but very clean. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. Only complaint was the initial odor. Musty smell. Slept great and easy access to MetLife stadium.

Hotel was average - we chose this hotel since we were attending a concert at Met-Life - we had to take Ubers to get from place to place. Having a hotel shuttle to pick up/drop off from the NJ Transit Center would have been nice. I liked the welcome gift and check in was easy - always good to get a bottle of water with a bag of chips. Breakfast was underwhelming - muffins and Nutrigrain bars. There was a peculiar smell in the bathroom - wet towel smell with a musty odor.

I booked 2 suites, each with 2 double beds, for 3 nights. However, upon arrival, the property had only 1 suite with 2 double beds available. As a result, we were given that suite and another one with a queen bed and a rollaway bed. We are a family of 4 — 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 toddler — and had to adjust in the suite with the queen bed. The rollaway bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I ended up with back pain after sleeping on it. On the evening of the second day, we were finally moved to another suite with 2 double beds. My friend and his family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in the other double-bed suite. Unfortunately, that suite had ants, no water in the bathroom sink, and very low water pressure in the shower. These issues were only fixed on the third day of our 4-day stay. Another major disappointment was the so-called "complimentary breakfast." The hotel advertised it prominently, but all they offered were muffins and coffee — no fruits, no bread, not even water or juice. It felt misleading and far below basic expectations. For all the inconvenience, both my friend and I were compensated with a refund of just 30% of one day’s charges out of the 4 days we stayed. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing given what we had booked and expected.
