My best friend and I stayed at The Meadowlands Plaza Hotel to celebrate her birthday and attend the Chris Brown Breezy Bowl XX concert, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. We especially appreciated the free shuttle service to the concert—it made our travel plans so much easier! The hotel’s location is fantastic, just minutes from The American Dream Mall and MetLife Stadium. I will absolutely be staying here again and highly recommend it!

This hotel is practical and simple yet very comfortable, clean, and with one of the best hospitality experiences I have experienced in the US. We are definitely coming back and staying here anytime we are in town for a concert at MetLife Stadium or other purposes. We were blown away by how easy and convenient the hotel staff makes it, by offering shuttle services to and from the Metlife until late. Nick, Mystique (front desk), and Martha in the restaurant were fantastic with how they courteously treated us. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels and a special one for makeup (WOW), and the inclusive breakfast buffet service in the morning has real glass plates and silver cutlery :)), with a decent spread. I highly recommend this hotel to every traveler looking to have a good night's sleep, stay for concerts, families, etc. Thank you for a great experience. RM 805 J.W

Great Place for Family with Teens to Stay

Our family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, internet access, and free shuttle service provided by the hotel. The staff were very professional and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable for our family of 4 which includes two teens. The location is close to the American Dream Mall, NY Giants/Jets Football Stadium, and the NJ Transit Secaucus Station. We definitely plan on staying here again for future trips to the mall and New York City.

When you get to a hotel five minutes early to check in and you can’t while all the other guests got their rooms that were there earlier than you, well that starts the experience not great as the check in was already painfully slow and the thought of waiting in the line all over again seemed crazy over again, five minutes to four. Free shuttle to hotel after the concert was poorly organized, confusing and we ended up getting a Lyft back because we were tired of other groups cutting in front of us and shuttles picking up in areas that weren’t labeled as pick ups nor were we told that those were potential pick up locations. Shuttles are small and so trying to shuttle over 100 people in groups of six to maybe 12 took an insanely long time. All told it took us two hours to get back to the hotel which is about five minutes away. Understanding there was a lot of traffic in the area, but a representative from the hotel to keep the shuttle line organized and guests informed would have helped immensely. It is not pleasant to be in a hot parking lot garage for over an hour in an unmoving line at midnight. Breakfast was decent at least. Bed was comfortable. Water could’ve been hotter. Also didn’t appreciate the call from the desk that check out time was 11 when it was hardly 10 in the morning. Overall I would not recommend.
