I booked the Executive Suite for one night, in part because the picture with the listing showed two windows in the bedroom facing Manhattan. But the listing is wrong and the picture is actually from the Panoramic Suite. I was disappointed because the Executive Suite bedroom has no windows, I showed the front desk clerk the listing and they upgraded me from the Executive Suite to the Panoramic Suite so I would get what I had thought I was reserving. They did a great job. Expedia should be more careful about their listings, they annoy their customers and make the properties look dishonest.

An outstanding location with an amazing panoramic view! Bed is super comfy and the black out curtains kept the room dark. The seating area was very convenient for us as well. Two of the three treadmills at the gym did not work and there were no wipes to use. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Would stay again and highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The front desk staff were all wonderful and upgraded us to a riverview room without us even asking. Fantastic views of the NYC skyline! I don't know where the bad reviews come from because the rooms were newly renovated, very clean, etc. Parking right behind the hotel was so convenient! The only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star was the little bit of a wait for the free breakfast. There were tables available but maybe they didnt seat so the staff could catch up. All in all a great stay!

Spacious suite

One night stay on the 6th floor overlooking the Hudson and manhattan. Nice smell as you enter the room, clean, updated, we had a suite, selected the option for parking and breakfast for $4 more when making the reservation. Big self parking lot, full delicious breakfast at the restaurant. Only 19 min to Stevens University. We will stay there next time.

Best hotel of our stay. We will definitely stay here in the future. The parking was so easy and the staff made sure everything was perfect. The room was spacious. The view was great. We had a small tv issue that was fixed with such care and efficiency. The breakfast was wonderful. The location was exactly what we were looking for.
