The lot was full w people just sitting outside their cars talking at 2-3 am. The hallways smelled disgusting and there was food on the floor. The floor in my room was not clean and something was spilled in the fridge.

The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating, the building was convenient to Metlife stadium that was perfect for US. The rooms are a little run down pipes rusted in the shower. It was good for a one night stay nothing more .

We had no power the first day, the toilet ran constantly so we had to keep the door shut because it was noisy. Our towels were dirty and the vending machines were outrageously priced. $5 for a bag of chips. $4.50 for a bottle of Diet coke. The bed and kitchen seemed clean though. We will not stay there again

Staff was friendly and helpful with quick service. Room was dirty and outdated, including broken drawers and mold growing in areas. Breakfast options were extremely limited.

I rented this room for my tenants because I had work to do in the apt. There were roaches and the tenants checked out after 1 night. I am requesting a refund for the 2nd night as they did not stay there. Before I go online to "bash" the property I would like to hear from someone.

If I could give this property negative Stars I would the bathtub looked like a body was carved up in it. There was paint missing off the walls like the shower curtain had gotten ripped down previously. Which makes sense because the bathtub floor was so slippery I fell out of the shower in my stay and almost ripped shower curtain down myself. I would definitely not recommend this as a place to stay unless it's an hourly rate.

Not fit for a family

The hotel room was falling apart. You couldn’t sit on the edge of the bed without it flipping up because it was not attached to the wall/headboard. The counter top in the kitchen was broken and the backslash was not attached. The screens in the windows were ripped from top to bottom. The free Breakfast consisted of cereal bars and muffins. There were needles outside the doors and when brought to the attention of the staff, we were met with pretty lackluster response. I did interact with a very nice woman at the front desk late night.

Everything was great except for the shuttle offer to and from the concert. The concert was across the highway. They charged $30 each way per person. I felt that free shuttle service would have been fair. We came for the concert. We won’t be doing it again because of the transportation options… We waited for 2 hours to get back to the hotel which was .5 miles away. That is not the hotels fault. However, if Extended Stay made transportation for their guests easier, we would do this again.
